Ministry

At St. Andrew we believe that it is important for us to:

Connect

with one
another

Grow

in our faith to deepen our love for God

Serve

our neighbors in our community and globally

We do this by gathering to study God’s word and applying it to our lives in small groups so that we can get to know one another and learn from one another. We do this by engaging in social events that allow us to invite others for fun and fellowship. We then work together to serve within our walls and beyond.

Due to the current situation our adult ministry groups are not meeting in person. We are working on keeping connected through social media and online chat groups.

Connect

Sew and Sow Group (Tuesdays at 9:30am) Gathering of women to work on craft projects that are then sold at the Annual Bazar. Funds received are invested in various community agencies that seek to care for those in need, especially children.

S.T.A.R.S. – St. Andrew Retired Seniors: Seniors gather monthly to visit various places of interest. These are always times for fellowship, fun, and definitely food!

Bible Studies and Small Group Study Opportunities

Sunday Morning at 9:05am men and women of all ages and stages of life gather to study the Bible in relation to everyday life using video and book studies.

Wednesday at 6:30 pm various groups meet in small groups to engage with Gods word. There is a Men’s group as well as several other small groups.

During the stay at home we are studying the “Commandments of Jesus” via Zoom and ALL are welcome to participate. Send an email to pastor@standrewumchurch.org to get the Zoom invite.

Bible Studies and Small Group Study Opportunities

A community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. We have a very active United Methodist Women’s organization with four circles that meet monthly.

Grow

Serve

We have many opportunities to serve one another and our community. Ways in which we can make a significant difference for God’s Kingdom. See our Missions for information on some of our key efforts.
